You can update your payments if your credit or debit card has expired or been canceled. (Note - we cannot accept pre-paid cards, checks or ACH at this time).
To update your payment, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Login to your Outreach Digital account and go to "Your Settings" at the top right drop down (under your account name)

Step 2 - Neat the bottom left menu, click "Payment Method". Add your credit card info, including the zip code and click the "Update Button"

Step 3 - If your account was paused due to a past due amount, you can easily activate it again. Simply click the "Subscription" link on the left and choose the subscription you want.
