Connecting your Domain to your Website

To make your site live, you'll need to add two DNS records in your domain settings. This guide will show you how to do that. If you don't already have a domain yet, we recommend using godaddy.com.

First, go to your domain's DNS settings. Some domain providers offer online customer support, and may be able to complete the following steps for you.

Second, once you're in your domain settings, you will add this A record and CNAME record. If your domain is currently pointing toward another website, you should already have an A record and CNAME record setup, and these will simply need to be edited with the information below:

A Record:
Name: @
Data: 13.248.144.185

CNAME Record:
Name: www
Data: traefik-lb-223849762.us-east-2.elb.amazonaws.com

Third, go into your Outreach Digital accounts under https://digital.outreach.com/sites and add your domain name, then click "Save". (Note: Don't include the "www" here).

Fourth, click on your website link on this page https://digital.outreach.com/sites (it should like look like a URL link with a 3 digit number and "Outreachapps" in it. Under web address, type www into the field and click save,

DNS settings can take up to 24 hours to link to your website.
For domain troubleshooting, please contact your domain registrar.
