Video - Add Prayer Request Form
Collect prayer requests from website visitors and get notified when they submit a request using the Prayer Request Plugin
To add the prayer request form to your website, activate the PrayBox plugin in the Plugins section of your dashboard.
Using the Visual Builder, add a Code module where you'd like to add the prayer request form.
In the content of the Code module, add the shortcode [pb-form] to add the prayer request form for visitors to fill out. Use the shortcode [pb-requests] to add the list of requested prayers for visitors to see.
Click the teal checkmark to save and then the purple circle with the three dots inside to save the whole page.
